. . . the need for help continues!
Join us for the completion of the packaging of the final 100,000 meals (of 500,000) that have been designated for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan.
Lincoln Kids Against Hunger will be holding open sessions on the following dates and times. These sessions have been made possible due to the generosity of a grant from the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod – USA and the Orphan Grain Train Inc. – USA. Volunteers are asked to make a minimum $10 donation to help with additional costs not covered by the grant.
2 hours + $10 = Lives Saved!
Please consider helping us help the children and families of the Philippines. After being hit by what is called the worst storm in history, the victims continue to fight for survival. Many continue to live in the remains of the aftermath – freight containers, twisted metal, abandoned boats washed ashore while they cover themselves with plastic sheeting and old mattresses.
Together, we make a huge difference. Your help and financial donation will allow us to provide the much needed nourishment and hope for those who continue to struggle every minute of every day.
